Problems downloading pattern

If you use Gmail, you may have trouble downloading your purchased crochet patterns to your computer. Google has some good security systems, that are a little too good at times. There are no problems with the pattern, but there are some things you can do, to access your pattern:

  1. If you have created an account or logged in to an existing account when you purchased the pattern, you can always access the pattern under “Downloads”.
  2. Open your pattern on your mobile phone in either a browser or in the gmail app. Here you can forward it to e.g. your own messenger (search for your own name in messenger), open facebook and copy the link into a browser (do not click) and then download.
  3. Open your mail in an app or mail client that is not gmail.
  4. Forward your email to a non-gmail email.

I have so far only experienced issues with gmail on computer.

Problems logging out of your Milla Billa account

If you have problems logging out of your Milla Billa account, you can do the following:

  1. Use the “log out”-link in the menu, and not the one after your account name
  2. Update your password
