About the Magnet Pacifier
This magnet pacifier is just so cute on teddy bears. As a kid, I used to love accessories for my toys, and I’ve probably been pretty crazy about this one too 😉
It requires some strong magnets and some yarn – that’s it.
Time to produce: 25 minutes
Skill Level: Easy
Size: 4 cm H and 4.5 cm D
For this pattern on the Magnet Pacifier, you need to be able to make a magic ring crocheted in spiral, chains, single crochet and slip stitches. Click on the links here or scrool to the bottom for video-guides 🙂
What you need
You can make them in just the colors and the material you want. For a smaller magnet pacifier, you can adjust the hook size and just crochet with a single thread.

Before you get started
Turning Chains (tch)
A turning chain is a chain you use to get to the next row. It’s not a stitch you have to crochet in again, so it doesn’t count in the “stitch counting”. You make it at the end of the row, just before you turn, and it gives a little height to get up, and you therefore avoid getting wavy edges.

The pattern
Magnet Pacifier Handle
You make one of these with a 3.5 mm hook, where you crochet with two threads of cotton yarn at the same time.
Start Chain 15 + 1 tch, turn (15 s)
ROW 1 15 slip stitches, turn (15 s)
ROW 2 Now you need to work on the opposite side of the chain and make 15 slip stitches just opposite from the slip stitches from row 1 (15 s)
Finish with a chain that you tighten to lock and leave a long end for assembling.
Magnet Pacifier Circle
You make 2 of these. Also with hook 3.5 mm and with two threads of cotton yarn at the same time 🙂
You make a magic ring and crochet in a spiral. Here are two videos to help:
This is the slowest and only on the magic ring: Magisk ring – Crack the code!
This is a bit faster and with the spiral-part: Magic ring crocheted in spiral
ROUND 1 Make a magic ring with 6 single crochet (sc) (6 s)
ROUND 2 Make 1 increase (inc) in all 6 stitches (12 s)
ROUND 3 (1 sc, 1 inc) 6 times (18 s)
ROUND 4 (2 sc, 1 inc) 6 times (24 s)
Finishing
Finish with a slip stitch in the next chain.
On the first: Cut the yarn.
On the second: Keep the yarn. You will need it to crochet the pieces together 🙂
Assembling
I have made some helpful videos that will make it easier for you to understand the pattern. It’s just usually easier in live pictures All videos are made and edited by Milla Billa. Music by www.bensound.com
